Mr. Frank directs the LHS Grenadier Band and Orchestra. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in music from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. Prior to his collegiate studies, Mr. Frank studied at the Armed Forces School of Music in Little Creek, VA before a three-year tour of duty with the United States Marine Corps Band. As a member of the Marine Corps Band, Mr. Frank served as principal tubist and soloist for the concert and marching bands, as well as the band’s brass quintet. In his time with the Marines, Mr. Frank had musical collaborations with such names as the Canadian Brass, the Neville Brothers, and the “President’s Own” Marine Band. Mr. Frank was a member of the national touring cast of the Tony Award winning Broadway musical “Blast!” before returning to Pennsylvania to begin a career in music education. He has also performed as a tuba soloist with the Allentown Band, which carries the name of America’s oldest civilian concert band and is currently a member of the Mainstreet Brass Quintet.
Bill Lennox

Mr. Lennox serves as Assistant Director of Instrumental Music at Liberty High School where he directs First Company and assists with the Grenadier Band and Orchestra. An advocate for new music and living composers, Mr. Lennox has helped commission over 15 new pieces of music for Wind Band. Prior to his engagement at Liberty he worked in NEPA teaching multiple levels of music from Kindergarten through 12th grade. His concert and marching bands have received numerous awards and recognition, such as Tournament of Bands Chapter 2 Champions and Cavalcade of Bands Independence A Silver Medalist. In 2017, Mr. Lennox received a citation of excellence from the National Band Association. As an avid musician, Mr. Lennox has performed across the country in numerous ensembles including the Anthracite Philharmonic and Varsity Brass. He has also served as director of the Tri-Valley Community Band and the Anthracite Youth Wind Symphony. He received both his Bachelor’s in Music Education and Master’s in Tuba Performance from West Chester University. When not teaching band, Mr. Lennox loves to hang out with his wife, and two rescue dogs.
