Britt Reifinger called meeting to order at 7:35p
Present at meeting: Britt Reifinger, Meg Evans Gartley, Lynn Masters, Lynne Zipprodt, Jason Applegate, Kevin Long, Allen Frank, Ruth Zettlemoyer and 32 other LHSGBOPC Parents
Minutes from October presented.
No corrections. Stand as presented.
Treasurer Report:
October report presented and reviewed.
VP Report
Quota up to date as of 11/12
Current/Upcoming fundraisers: Pierogies (due today 11/13), Winter Flowers(due 11/17) ,
December Hoagies(due 11/24), Matey’s Pizza(due 11/25)
Reminders: Strudel and Pie pickup on 11/17
Volunteers needed:
11/17 Strudel arrive at 8am
Newsletter updates: No newsletter will be sent Thanksgiving Sunday 11/25, break in newsletter
delivery end of December to beginning of January.
Directors Report:
Mr. Long mentioned the passing of Jared Rampulla, cards to family or Nancy Run Fire Co.
Following Football season please air out uniforms!

Beginning of December – Pathway for Santa @ Muhlenberg 10a-2p-Choir & Band
3-4 Pipers for Wreaths Across America- held at Fountain Hill – 12/15
Holiday Concert- Choir and Orchestra: 12/14 at 730pm and 12/16 at 2p
Memorial Day 5/27 –LHSGB participates- was omitted from LHSGBOPC calendar –please put on your calendars!
Spring 2019 Trip to Broadway. Date to be announced. LHSGBOPC and Choir are invited, Mrs.
Wydrzynski will be helping to coordinate.
Trip 2019-2020- Location not announced until BASD Board meeting in December has given
approval. Trip meeting will be held in early January 2019. Separate meetings for current band
members and incoming freshman.
Mr. Frank thanked all volunteers who helped so far this year. Our organization cannot run
without the many volunteers who step up.
Gloves left in raincoats after the very wet LHS/FHS re-match were thrown away. Due to the very abundant rain the gloves left in pockets were in poor condition, so they were discarded. If you are missing gloves, you will need to purchase a new pair.
12/1 Orchestra and Band Auditions for PMEA at Parkland 18 are going for District 10 – 8a to 2p.
Names are posted on the bulletin board.
Festival Dates are posted on the Bulletin Board.
Pep band for Winter Sports: Uniform=Jeans and T-shirt.
If your uniform is in need of cleaning use the one that is in the Shoppers Village strip mall on
Catasauqua Road by the Beef Baron.

December 11 General meeting of LHSGBOPC will be informal. 730pm, All information, minutes and reports will be available. Please come and spend time with each other in a different setting.
