Approval of Minutes from 02-09-2025:
Marilyn called the meeting to order. She asked for approval on last month’s minutes. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Mike Calagna. Second by Annalisa Kelly-Cavotta. Overall approval by the full organization. (Motion passed)
Report from Treasurer (Teresa):
- January’s financials (Monthly report 2/1 – 2/28):
- Starting balance: $95,479.24
- Ending balance: $101,412.03
- Income: $18,113.19
- Expenses: $12,180.40
- Banking
- The new banking account (“Spending Account”) has been opened.

A motion to approve was made by Rob Kucsan. Second by Kenn Miller. Overall approval by the full organization. (Motion passed)

Looking for concessions help
Each slot has 3 adults and 8 students. - Spring Concert – be on the look out for the sign up for donations and volunteer opportunities
- April 12th – Painting with a Twist
Come paint a London themed painting and earn money for the band
- Sunday, March 15th – Bingo at Northeast Middle School
- Art asked for more adults for our upcoming WGI event.
Report from VP of Student Accounts (Steph):

- The Brick Dine to Donate earned approximately $200.
- Our next dine to donate is on March 12 at Pearly Baker’s.
- We will be doing a Painting with a Twist fundraiser from 2-4pm on April 12.
- A Socks fundraiser will be coming soon. Socks will be London themed.
- If you would like student funds to be used towards London:
- Steph will make an announcement on the 5th of the month.
- You will have from the 5th-10th to let Steph know if you would like student funds to go towards London.

We can only run a live vote. Our voting can be done through zoom or in person, but it is live voting. In person will receive ballots, online will receive a live link that will close when voting closes.
