Approval of Minutes from 12-09-2025:
Marilyn called the meeting to order. She asked for approval on last month’s minutes. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Mike Calagna. Second by Annalisa Kelly-Cavotta. Overall approval by the full organization. (Motion passed)
Report from VP of Treasurer (Teresa):
- December’s financials (Monthly report 12/1 – 12/31):
- Starting balance: $92,341.87
- Ending balance: $102,635.92
- Income: $17,903.89
- Expenses: $7,609.84
- Fraud
- The bank has concluded their investigation.
- $43 that was used for doordash has been returned. The remaining that was used for kickstreaming will not be returned.
- Q1 audit has been completed Q2 is ready to be done.
QUESTION: How much money did we earn from the Hanover Township Community Center Bingo?
It was $900 in cash and we will be receiving a check for $965. Overall it was about $1800..

- Fundraising participation is slowing down.
- Pat’s Pizza Dine to Donate earned $184.15.
- Our next dine to donate is The Brick on February 18th.
- If you would like student funds to be used towards London:
- Steph will make an announcement on the 5th of the month.
- You will have from the 5th-10th to let Steph know if you would like student funds to go towards London.

- Today Semester 2 starts.
- All of the middle schools
- 40 graduating seniors ? 47 incoming band students
- 30 violins, 11 cellos, 10 string bass, violas same as this year
- Shout out to the elementary and middle school programs. Our high school program benefits from their hard work. Nothing happens at the high school level without the hard work at the elementary and middle schools.
- Summer camp, football schedule , parade schedule, and fall schedule have all been posted in BandApp.
- August 3rd – Section leaders and new band members will have a 3 day mini camp before full band camp on August 10th.
- August 28 – 1st football game
Weeks 1 and 2 – away
Weeks 3, 4, and 5 are on Thursdays with week 5 being away at Pocono Mountain West
Week 9 (BECCA) is on a Saturday (away but in our stadium)
**This is also the Halloween parade weekend and the week before Liberty/Freedom
There will only be 3 games with regular pregames - October 16th is a Friday Home against Easton
That day we will be featured on 6ABC during the day.

The orchestra will be doing 1 number with the Choir.

QUESTION – Is there anything on WGI (flag competition)?
It is the weekend before the concert. We will be running the concession stand again.
There may be another in April.
QUESTION – Is there any information on graduation?
Graduation is June 5th. The orchestra, pipes & drums, fan fare and choir perform.
