Approval of Minutes from 03-10-2025:
Marilyn called the meeting to order. She asked for approval on last month’s minutes. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Annalisa Kelly-Cavotta. Second by Mike Calagna. Teresa noticed her title listed as VP Treasurer instead of Treasurer. Michelle updated. Overall approval by the full organization. (Motion passed)
Report from Treasurer (Teresa):
- March’s financials (Monthly report 3/1 – 3/31):
- Starting balance: $101,412.03
- Ending balance: $100,697.37
- Income: $23,714.99
- Expenses: $24,429.65
- We are positive $432.65 for the year.
- Approval of Treasurer’s Report
A motion to approve was made by Melissa Cheatham. Second by Mary Rose Wilson. Overall approval by the full organization. (Motion passed).
QUESTION: Do we know what we earned from the WGI (flag) event?
We will find out after the second event.
