$10,350 was withdrawn for the food gift cards. There was a $700 bank fee, but the bank ended up waiving their portion ($350) of the fee. The other $350 went to the card company.
The $10,000 for the gift cards was fundraised funds. Instead of a check at the end, these funds will be given to students as a Visa gift card to use on the trip for the trip. - “Bad Debt” – we do have some bad debt. This is from fundraisers. We are working through collecting it. Once it deposits, this category will 0 out and disappear.
- Checks – If checks are sitting in the bank uncashed, please email. The different chairs deliver the checks. If they are uncashed please email and we can work backwards.
