An Update from the Directors on Concerts/Performances

The following are the rescheduled dates for both instrumental and choir concerts:
Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2 – both at 8pm- the 93rd Annual Liberty High School Grenadier Band Spring Concerts. Tickets that have been purchased to date will be honored.
Sunday, May 3rd at 3pm – The Spring Pops Concert of Liberty High School’s Symphonic Orchestra
Thursday, May 7th at 7:30pm – Liberty High Schools Choir and Orchestra Spring Concert
We will be rescheduling The 1st Co., LHSGB and Royal Stewart Jazz Band Concert once a new date is confirmed.
The Red Chilli Piper Concert scheduled for March 21 has been cancelled. Anyone who has purchased tickets please hold on to them. We have been in contact with the theater and are waiting for details concerning refunds. If you purchased tickets through the LHSGBOPC please do not contact the theater.
Thank you to all of you for your patience and understanding as we face new challenges together daily. Mrs. Wydrzynski, Mr Frank and I encourage you all to stay home and stay well.

March Hoagies Canceled

Due to the BASD Tiered Mitigation Plan being implemented the hoagie sale scheduled for this Saturday, March 14 had been canceled. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Red Hot Chilli Pipers and Spring Band Concert Postponed

The LHSGB performance with the Red Hot Chilli Pipers on Saturday, March 21st has been postponed. If you purchased tickets for the show please do not contact the State Theater at this time. Currently we are all working together to arrange an alternate performance date.

The Liberty High School Grenadier Band Spring concerts being held March 27th and 28th have been postponed. We will be releasing the rescheduled concert dates in the next few days. Any tickets that have already been purchased will be honored at the new concert performances.

Parade of Shamrocks Canceled

As announced on the Band app, the City of Bethlehem has canceled the parade scheduled for this Saturday, Mar. 14.

Spring Band Concert Help

We will need volunteers to help with bandstand, concession stand, basket raffle, concert doors, and cleanup. We are looking for donations of Coke products as well as cases of water, baked goods and raffle items. Sign up here.

Location – Easton State Theatre
Ticket Location – Orchestra and limited number of Loge (seating tbd).
Limited number of Seats available.

Sale end date Sunday 2/23/2020 (by midnight)
No late orders!!!
MUST pick up tickets on Tuesday March 10, 2020 at 7pm in the band room prior to the meeting starting at 7:30pm.  Payment due at time of pick up! Please make out one check or money order payable to LHSGBOPC
Please note we will do our best to accommodate seating however there will be no guarantee.  Loge is limited.  If you prefer Loge seating, please email me and I will try my best. It will be first come, first serve, first fit.

Matey’s Pizza Sale Postponed

Unfortunately the Matey’s pizza sale has to be postponed. The sale that was originally posted on the website last week needs to be rescheduled, we are waiting to hear back from Matey’s on an available delivery date. We will post new information as soon as we have it. Sorry for any inconvenience.

November Meeting

A parent/guardian of any student participating in the upcoming trip to California should attend the November (Nov 12) band parent meeting in the auditorium at 7:30 pm. Please do not enter the auditorium prior to 7:30 pm as a theater rehearsal will be in progress.
