Hello to all of the students of the LHS Music Department!
On Wednesday, June 10, Liberty will be conducting the collection of senior materials and issuing caps and gowns and diplomas. Along with the seniors, the collection of uniforms and instruments from ALL students grades 9-12 will also take place. ALL students of the Chorus, Band, and Orchestra are asked to read the information laid out below to know the process and to make this as successful as possible.
Attached are forms for Chorus/Orchestra, Grenadier Band, Bagpipes, and Majorettes. Please print the appropriate form(s) and fill them out as detailed as possible. If there is a number attached to a uniform piece, please list it. If there is no number, simply check the line to acknowledge you have it. If you are not able to print the forms, blank forms will be available that day.
Along with the uniforms, we ask that you return all other items. Folders, mutes, straps, swords, maces, etc…everything needs to be accounted for. Underclassmen with school-owned instruments will keep theirs. Seniors and non-returning members MUST return school-owned instruments that day.
On the day of the collection, there are time slots for each Student Service Center. PLEASE adhere to these times. When you arrive at Liberty, you will enter the parking lot on Fairview Avenue, then follow instructions from there.
The (updated) collection times are as follows:
11am – 12:30pm…SSC 400 (A-D)
12:30pm – 2pm…SSC 800 (E-L)
2pm – 3:30pm…SSC 103 (M-RI)
3:30pm – 5pm…SSC 112 (RO-Z)
It is important that we collect all materials next week. If you have an extenuating circumstance that will not allow you to return your items next Wednesday, please reach out to one of the directors to set up a time for collection of your items.
We thank you for your patience, flexibility, and attention. Moreover, we are extremely proud of each and every one of you for your dedication to the programs and your efforts during these times. We look forward to seeing you all next Wednesday!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Wydrzynski, Mr. Long, Mr. Frank
