Forms and quota should have been in April 9)

All payments will be deposited, and credited to the student’s quota account.  Unpaid balances from prior years (including previously unpaid quota amounts) must be paid in full, as well as the deposit in order to go on the trip.  Completed consent forms and payments will also be accepted at the March 12, 2013 Parents Club meeting.

NOTE:  Statements were being mailed to EVERY band and orchestra student to help you reconcile your account for all trips.  Questions should be directed to band-vp@lhsgbopc.org or band-pres@lhsgbopc.org.   Posted 2.26.2013
