The Orchestra trip is scheduled for April 19 to 21, 2013.  The cost is $625 $575. Details have been given to the students, and include a Fenway Park Tour, Shear Madness comedy play, Blue Man Group show, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, a mini-tour of Boston and colleges, and on Sunday, Newsies Spiderman – The Musical at the Foxwoods in New York City.  

We need to see who is going in order to determine whether we will have a complement that will be able to play – we would like to do a workshop if there are enough students with the appropriate instrumentation.

In order to go on the trip, payment must be accumulated in the student’s quota account.  The balance at each date must be met, through a combination of fundraising and direct payments.  Prior year unpaid quota amounts must also be paid in full.  Payments may be made at Parents Club meetings OR mailed and received by the deadline to:  LHSGB&OPC – P.O. Payment schedule:

December 11, 2012 – $100 non-refundable deposit/1st payment due – $100 balance in quota account

January 8, 2013 – $125 non-refundable payment/2nd payment – $225 balance in quota account

February 12, 2013 – $200 non-refundable payment/3rd payment – $425 balance in quota account

March 12, 2013 – $150 non-refundable payment/4th and final payment – $575 balance in quota account

There will be no tag-alongs for the Orchestra trip.
